Founded in 1996 by Stephen Horn II, CPCU, SHIS focuses on creating custom insurance programs to meet individual client needs. We act as an advocate and advisor, helping recommend alternative methods of managing risk and providing creative solutions for our clients.

Steve has over 40 years of experience as an insurance broker and has worked personally with trust fund clients since 1975 and with labor unions and employer associations since 1990. He understands the nuances of these niche markets and has developed an experienced team around him with the familiarity, skill and practical experience to create and maintain comprehensive insurance.
